Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Red Autumn Brewing Company Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Warehouse Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and accounted for.
- Inventory Control: Develop and implement effective inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise in the warehouse, such as equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: Experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment is an asset.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Environment: Commercial facility, warehouse.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
