Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Red Autumn Brewing Company Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that our products are stored, handled, and shipped efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
- Warehouse Operations: Supervise and direct warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operation of the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to management on warehouse operations and inventory levels.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and inventory control software.
