Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Red Autumn Brewing Company Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods
  • Develop and implement procedures for inventory control and management
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of warehouse operations
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role
  • Proven track record of improving inventory management and reducing costs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
