Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of service meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Workforce Management: Establish effective schedules to meet business demands, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, stock, repairs, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a senior operations role, preferably in the restaurant industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and menu development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
