We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Skating Instructor to join our team at Senators Sports & Entertainment. As a Skating Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality skating programs to our participants, ensuring their safety, enjoyment, and skill development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead engaging skating drills and activities to promote skill development and fun
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all participants
- Conduct regular safety checks and maintain a safe and healthy environment for participants
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective program
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Previous experience in hockey or skating, preferably at a high level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong teaching and coaching skills
- First-Aid Training an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
