Job Summary

Southern Health-Santé Sud is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary regional rehabilitation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating rehabilitation services for children and adult populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, identify, and treat clients with varying ages and diagnoses
  • Develop and implement client-centered rehabilitation plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct regular evaluations to assess client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited post-secondary institution
  • Active registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba
  • Eligibility for membership in Speech-Language and Audiology Canada
  • Excellent English language proficiency, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions
  • Must be in good physical and mental health
  • Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods without resting
  • Must be able to work under stress and time constraints
