Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a key member of our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language services to pediatric clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, identify, and treat clients with varying ages and diagnoses
  • Collaborate with inter-disciplinary teams to provide outpatient and community-based services
  • Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders
  • Provide education and training to clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba
  • Eligibility for membership in Speech-Language and Audiology Canada
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English language proficiency
