Job Title: Receptionist

Chaggar Immigration Services Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients and visitors, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard and telephone system, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and directing calls to the appropriate staff member.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, staff, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational and time management skills.
