  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns
  • Prepare insurance renewals, policy changes, certificates, and other documents
  • Collaborate with the brokering team on various projects and annual program renewals
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel
  • Computer efficiency and ability to learn new software systems
  • Previous experience in customer service, a brokerage, or the insurance industry is an asset
  • RIBO license or willingness to obtain the necessary insurance broker license(s)
  • Bilingualism is a plus (English & French)
