About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Leader to lead our rapidly growing business unit at Regal Rexnord. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for providing strategic vision and executing growth plans to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual P&L objectives and drive innovation to stay ahead of the competition
  • Foster talent development and oversee the implementation of our Business System to ensure world-class performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost
  • Lead and oversee the development of short and long-range objectives, policies, financial and operating plans for the organization
  • Build and maintain effective internal and external relationships to drive business success
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives through engineering redesign, vendor management, and manufacturing projects
  • Support opportunities to leverage corporate-wide capacity and capabilities
  • Ensure overall compliance with environmental and government regulations
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Business or Engineering
  • Proven managerial experience and knowledge of business and management principles
  • Demonstrated ability to affect team transformation using change management principles
  • Technical background in engineering, power generation, or a related field
