Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in store merchandising to ensure a professional and inviting shopping experience.
  • Monitor store supplies and ordering or purchasing additional supplies as needed.
  • Responsible for exporting daily files into QuickBooks at least once per week.
  • Actively take part in all aspects of human resources and staffing within the store.
