Grocery Store Associate

About the Role:
The Grocery Clerk is a key member of our store team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, and corporate policies to maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Order, receive, and merchandise stock in accordance with company inventory control procedures.
- Process customer orders, prepare customer service requests, and perform back shop and retail floor maintenance.
- Participate in the training of junior staff and contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 20lbs, stand for long periods, and complete physical work including bending, lifting, and reaching.
