Grocery Store Associate

About the Role:
The Grocery Clerk is a key member of our store team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform other tasks as required to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs and stand for long periods of time.
