Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Cultus Lake Esso is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control decisions
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres to provide exceptional customer service
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Establish work schedules to meet customer demand and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
