Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure timely payments and receipts.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and assist with budgeting to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure efficient processing of accounts payable and receivable to minimize delays and errors.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an accountant or bookkeeper, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero, to streamline financial management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting to maintain the highest standards.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
