- Identify and investigate process exceptions and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Lead work streams and projects to deliver business objectives.
- Communicate project status and escalate issues to senior management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new products and services.
- Provide accurate and thorough analysis of key process drivers and root causes of operational issues.
- Accountable for cross-functional interdepartmental initiatives to deliver value.
- Provide upward feedback and analysis, developing and executing on reporting functions.
- Maintain and develop working relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of operating environments, business processes, and procedures.
- Experienced level of the role with general business and operational knowledge or related skills required.
- Ability to execute on ad-hoc standard and non-standard processes and requests of medium to high complexity.
- Identifies and investigates non-standard operational/reporting/process issues.
- Provides recommendations or escalates issues to appropriate areas.
- Provides regular analysis and/or reporting to support business partners, functional areas, or centres of expertise.
- Undergraduate degree or college diploma.
- 5+ years relevant experience and/or post-graduate degree and/or certifications.
