Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and manage project schedules, including coordination with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards, including inspections and testing.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other project team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues, including conflicts, delays, and budget overruns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and other construction management software.

The Construction Project Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large caseload. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, with attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
