Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Hardy's Produce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Restock shelves and merchandise as needed
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and sales targets
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
