Electronics Sales Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Electronics & Photo Associate to join our team at OSL Retail Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support in our Electronics and Photo Lab departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the right electronic and photo solutions and merchandise
- Provide product demonstrations, comparisons, and sales support
- Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and service requests
- Assist in achieving sales goals and targets
- Operate photographic processing machines in the photo lab
- Assist customers with placing orders and providing a positive shopping experience
Candidate Requirements:
- 6 months of retail sales experience preferred
- Experience in the electronics sector is considered an asset
- Good knowledge of the latest technology products and industry trends
- Proven ability to drive sales and service while achieving operational standards and success
- Effective communication and presentation skills
