Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at One Touch Heat And Cool. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
