Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Panjabi Foods Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient office procedures and systems
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide excellent customer service
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • High school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
Work Environment:
  • Work in a rural area
  • Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail is essential
