Accounting Supervisor Job Description

Devereaux Property Management Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting functions of the company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions, and providing technical advice to staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in accounting
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliability and flexibility
  • Team player with excellent leadership skills
