Job Description:

At International Paper Converters Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paper Converting Supervisor - Operations Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of our paper converting facilities. As an Paper Converting Supervisor - Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all systems and equipment are operating effectively and that maintenance and repairs are performed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all production processes are running smoothly and efficiently, with minimal downtime.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and systems, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of quality control, ensuring that all products meet our customer's expectations.
  • Safety: Promote a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
