About the Role:
Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a skilled Manager of Clinical Practice to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and supervise caregivers to ensure exceptional client care.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to drive quality and excellence in care delivery.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing at the RN level.
- Current registration with the provincial regulating body.
- At least three years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities as a Nursing Supervisor, preferably in a community setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
