About the Opportunity

This is a Permanent Part-Time position with 0.7 FTE hours of work. The ideal candidate will be actively registered to practice as a Licensed Practice Nurse and have current CPR/First Aid certification. Experience working with dementia patients is an asset.

Responsibilities

You will perform safe, quality resident care and assignments including delivery and reporting of activities of daily living and other duties as required. You will use initiative and good judgment to carry out a variety of nursing duties, as assigned by the Care Manager or designate.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English. You will also need to have a positive approach to teamwork and be able to work collaboratively with families, guardians, and professional groups.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $26.45-$34.62, plus benefits and pension for eligible employees. We also provide paid vacation time and opportunities for learning and development.
