As a key member of the Queen\u2019s University team, the Academic Administrator will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing academic programs, managing budgets, and providing guidance to students on academic and personal matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement academic programs that align with the university\u2019s strategic goals
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of university funds
  • Provide guidance and support to students on academic and personal matters
  • Counsel students on career development and academic planning
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff. A bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field and 5 years of experience in a related role are required.

Queen\u2019s University offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a pension plan, dental plan, and health care plan. The successful candidate will be expected to work 35 hours per week.
