We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team at Ontario Health atHome Champlain. As a Bilingual Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals.
  • Provide physiotherapy services to patients in various settings, including homes and retirement homes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
  • Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy and current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Physiotherapy role, preferably in a community-based setting.
  • Current CPR-C certification.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the last 6 months.
