As a Speech Language Pathologist with our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team, providing speech therapy services to patients in their homes, schools, and nursing homes. You will assess and determine patient care needs, provide access and referrals to community services, and engage with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and determine patient care needs and eligibility for speech therapy services
  • Provide access and referrals to community services and resources
  • Engage with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare practitioners to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct clinical assessments and provide recommendations for follow-up and management of patient conditions
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and services to patients
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech Therapy and current certificate of registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • Related professional experience in a SLP role, preferably in a community-based setting
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Fluency in English and French is an asset
