Spark Power, a trusted partner in power, is seeking an experienced Electricity Distribution Manager to join their team. The Electricity Distribution Manager will oversee construction and maintenance projects, ensuring efficient project execution. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing high-voltage, medium-voltage, and low-voltage power distribution equipment, including switchgear, circuit breakers, relays, transformers, high-voltage and low-voltage cables, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage working relationships with clients, internal resources, and third parties.
  • Provide accurate project estimates, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Identify and address project challenges proactively, finding solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor project costs, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of construction experience as a Powerline Technician (Lineman), preferably as a Foreman or Lead Hand.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new computer programs.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
