Job Title: Infrastructure Operations Manager

The Position Head- Infrastructure & Operations is responsible for the design, operations, and maintenance of IT infrastructure for SSC Perfumes & Cosmetics offices, warehouses, factories, boutiques, and counters. The role includes ensuring a high-performance, stable, and secure technical environment to support users, applications, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to proactively manage the IT infrastructure and provide maximum value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership, global and local IT, business, and operations, to align technology strategies with the company's standards and objectives.
  • Manage the helpdesk and support team to provide services to SSC Perfumes & Cosmetics.
  • Develop and adhere to SLA and SOP.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of working experience.
  • ~8 years in an Infrastructure management position in a large-scale MNC environment.
Desirable Skills:
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure IT infrastructures.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, server technologies, storage systems, databases, and communication systems.
  • Solid understanding of information security principles and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving goals.
  • Extensive experience in vendor management and service outsourcing.
