We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting their full potential.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding work.
