Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Restaurant Manager at 15149576 CANADA INC. This is a permanent position that requires a strong leader to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant.

- Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of 11-15 staff members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Financial Management: Manage inventory, control costs, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers to ensure profitability.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded by addressing concerns and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing regulations and protocols.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in electronic cash registers, MS Office Suite, and point of sale systems.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment with pressure and tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Client Focus: Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Dependability: Reliable and dependable in meeting deadlines and achieving business objectives.
- Flexibility and Organization: Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
