Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 15149576 CANADA INC. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 11-15 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Menu Planning and Cost Control: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure cost-effective menu planning and inventory management.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including enforcing provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Windows.
