Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Trainee to join our team at Red Bull Canada. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage for our sales team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Red Bull products in assigned distribution accounts, ensuring optimal product placement and rotation.
  • Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts, building strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling space, while ensuring brand integrity and execution.
  • Train with senior Account Sales Managers on their routes, gaining valuable knowledge and skills to excel in the role.
  • Cover Account Sales Managers' routes when needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • Evaluate competitors' activities, such as new launches and price reductions, and communicate with District Sales Managers to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Meet monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and other merchandising components.
Requirements
  • Preferred prior sales experience, with a background in consumer packaged goods or retail organizations.
  • Knowledge of the beverage market is an asset.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with university or college experience considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and people skills.
  • Good mathematical skills and organizational abilities.
  • Current driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Forklift and commercial vehicle operations.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts.
What We Offer
