Job Title: Sales Development Representative - Home Comfort

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at The Comfort Group. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales growth in our retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients in our retail locations, educating them about our home comfort solutions and generating interest in our products and services.
  • Pre-qualify potential clients and generate them as potential leads, growing our Home Comfort Advisers pipeline and supporting our sales targets.
  • Support our Retail Partners marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • You are a smart self-starter with a passion for sales and business development.
  • You have a team player attitude with an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
  • You are a sales-driven individual who is motivated by performance-based incentives and bonuses.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and drive.
