Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, educating them about our home comfort solutions, and generating leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attract and communicate with potential clients in our retail locations, informing them about our home comfort solutions and discussing the benefits of refreshing their HVAC equipment.
  • Pre-qualify potential clients and generate them as potential leads, growing our Home Comfort Advisers pipeline and supporting our sales targets.
  • Support our Retail Partners marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • You are a sales-driven individual who is motivated by performance-based incentives and bonuses.
