About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cement Finishing Supervisor to join our team at BuildCo Contracting Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cement finishing process and ensuring that our projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of cement finishing teams
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the required quality and safety standards
  • Coordinate the delivery and storage of building materials
  • Develop and implement plans to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work outdoors in a noisy environment at heights
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
