Part-Time Elementary Teacher/Tutor Wanted

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Elementary Teacher/Tutor to join our team at Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. This role is perfect for individuals who love working with students, enjoy teaching language and social studies, and are passionate about helping others build their skills in these areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching up to 3 students at a time at different levels
  • Following the Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies
  • Filling in post-lesson notes
  • Completing daily student communication updates
  • Maintaining a friendly and professional manner at all times

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field
  • Fourth year university students with extensive tutoring experience will be considered
  • Teaching certification an asset
  • Good knowledge of the current Kindergarten to Grade 8 curriculum

Salary: $18 - $20 / hour
