Job Description

The Durham District School Board is seeking a qualified Elementary LTO Teacher to provide coverage for a 0.1 FTE position. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Elementary students and will be required to have a strong understanding of the Ontario curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Elementary students in a variety of subjects
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate with parents and colleagues as needed

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Elementary Education
  • Experience working with Elementary students
  • Strong understanding of the Ontario curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
