Brightfield Acres Farms Ltd. is seeking a reliable and physically capable Farm Worker to join our team. As a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to crop care and farm maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas.
  • Clear fields of wood and stones.
  • Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color, and volume to fetch high prices in the market.
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
  • Fertilize and spray crops.
Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with exposure to dusty, hot, and noisy conditions. You will be working in a rural area, surrounded by livestock and crops.

Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
