Job Title: Tractor Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Tractor Mechanic to join our team at 3398722 CANADA INC.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on tractors and other agricultural equipment. This includes inspecting and troubleshooting equipment, ordering parts, and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and diagnose faults in tractors and other equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
  • Order and install parts as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
  • Work with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and other complex equipment
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective work processes
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
Work Environment
