About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Anet Fiber Tech Inc. as a key member of our construction and environmental sustainability team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough environmental impact studies to ensure compliance with regulations and minimize our ecological footprint.
  • Monitor and maintain air, water, and soil quality to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement construction specifications and procedures to optimize efficiency and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and monitor construction work schedules.
  • Review and approve survey and civil design work to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • Strong educational background in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction management, environmental sustainability, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
