About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at UI Technologies Inc. as a Project Supervisor. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing land survey and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise project teams and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
  • Collaborate with clients and engineering teams to determine project requirements and specifications
  • Develop and implement construction procedures and schedules
  • Review and approve survey and design work, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance and feedback
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in project supervision or construction management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
