About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at UI Technologies Inc. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of civil infrastructure projects
  • Develop and implement construction specifications and procedures to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Collaborate with clients and engineering teams to determine project requirements and develop solutions
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
