Customer Service Representative

FASTSIGNS #513501 is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers
  • Learn to provide solutions, prepare estimates, and implement work orders to ensure timely delivery of finished orders
  • Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers and prospect for new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Outgoing, responsive, and eager to learn with strong relationship-building skills
  • Great listening and organization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to output high-quality work

FASTSIGNS offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $20.00 per hour, as well as opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
