Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Dynamite Vape and Smoke. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is always stocked with a wide range of products.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure that the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales staff who are knowledgeable about our products and provide excellent customer service.
- Authorize Payments and Returns: Process payments and authorize returns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that the store is adequately staffed at all times.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that products are stocked and displayed in a visually appealing manner.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of sales staff and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
