About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painting Supervisor to join our team at IG Painting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our painting contractors and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the work of our painting contractors, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Recruit and Train new team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate Costs and Materials for each project, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to complete the work.
  • Ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed at all times, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our team members and clients.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions to management, providing feedback and guidance on team performance and development.
  • Requisition or Order Materials and equipment as needed, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to complete projects.
Requirements
  • 2-3 Years of Experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the painting or construction industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and management.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Reliability and Integrity, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
