Coffrages Synergy is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check formwork, granular base and steel reinforcement materials to ensure a strong foundation for our concrete structures.
  • Fully compact concrete using power vibrators to achieve the desired density and smoothness.
  • Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification to ensure a precise finish.
  • Impart a desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, including sanding and polishing.
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills and other fixtures to complete the finishing process.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in concrete finishing.
