Job Summary

Coffrages Synergy is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Fully hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and level the top surface according to grade and depth specifications.
  • Impart the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures to ensure a secure and durable finish.
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and protect them from the elements.
  • Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces to their original condition.
  • Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to maintain our high standards.
Work Environment

As a Concrete Finisher, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work at heights and in dusty conditions, but you will also have the opportunity to work outdoors and be part of a dynamic team.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in concrete finishing.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work at heights and in dusty conditions.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
