About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Dr. Christopher Pollock Inc. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our hospital and medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling, lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, dependability, flexibility, judgement, reliability, team player, values and ethics, patience, honesty.
  • Experience: Will train.
